Vocational Expert Fee Schedule
General Rate:  $110.00 per hour
Services include review and analysis of medical documents, videos, employment records, identified discovery materials, and expert reports.  Includes interview with Claimant/Plaintiff and travel time.  Also includes conducting research, attending conferences, onsite visitation, labor market analysis and report generation.
Expedited Service Rate:  $165.00 per hour
Covers all services above with report generated within 21 days of payment of retainer fee.
Remote (Zoom) Expert Testimony Rate:  $300.00 per hour
Expert testimony includes time accrued for being deposed and waiting time.  NOTE: File prep for expert testimony commences ten days prior to scheduled testimony date.  This includes file review and organization, labor market research, update of skills analysis, telephone calls, and possibly travel time.
In Person Expert Testimony Rate:  $500.00 per hour
Expert testimony includes time accrued for being deposed, courtroom testimony, and waiting time.  NOTE: File prep for expert testimony commences ten days prior to scheduled testimony date.  This includes file review and organization, labor market research, update of skills analysis, telephone calls, and possibly travel time.
Cancellation Fee:  $500.00
A cancellation fee of $500.00 will be assessed unless written notice is given to Consultant not less than seven days in advance.  Cancellation fee may be waived in the case of rescheduling dates for Consultant to provide legal vocational expert evaluation and testimony.   
No-Show Fee:  $500.00 (min.)
A minimum fee of $500.00 will be charged when attendees fail to show for scheduled meetings, causing the meeting to be canceled.  Additional charges may apply for extraordinary travel expenses.
Retainer Fee: $1,000
Non-refundable, advance retainer fee is required.
Requesting attorney/law firm is solely responsible for all expenses and fees.
